To maintain that level of care and reduce wait times, appointments can now be booked 72 hours in advance. A deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot. CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit & Appointment Policy A deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid upon booking to secure your spot. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Cancellations and rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Late Arrivals We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will need to modify your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule your appointment, and a 10% late fee will apply, If rescheduling is required due to late arrival, a 50% rescheduling fee may apply.
