At Verve by KSRRAH, every appointment is a personalized 1:1 experience designed to feel relaxed, intentional, and never rushed. I specialize in low-maintenance blonding, gray blending, and dimensional color tailored to your lifestyle — creating results that grow out beautifully and support effortless quarterly upkeep. As Verve enters an exciting new chapter as a bi-state studio, I will be returning to the Bay Area for limited appointment windows throughout the year to continue caring for my California clients. Your visit is more than a service; it’s dedicated time focused entirely on your hair goals, hair health, and confidence. To maintain this elevated experience, appointments are reserved in advance and secured with a deposit at booking. Thank you for choosing quality, care, and artistry. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the booked service. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation policy will apply; this ensures each guest receives the full, uninterrupted experience they reserved. Due to limited availability, appointment times are reserved exclusively and cannot always be rebooked. Thank you for respecting my time and the time reserved for other guests.
